Go to the Documents > Add Document tab to upload documents/files (jpg, jpeg, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx, swf, csv, txt file) to your website.

On the List Documents page, you can highlight/copy the Document Title and then paste it on the Add/Edit Page, where you want it on the page.  If you have added a thumbnail for the document, you can click on the "copy/link" button in the Thumbnail column for that dpcument row, and then paste it on the Add/Edit Page, where you want the thumbnail linking to the document on the page.

If you are using the Add Document page to upload a .swf file, for embedding a Flash file into your website, after adding you will then want to go to the Ad(d)s > Add Ad(d0 page on your Admin Panel to copy/paste your Flash embed code in the code box there (see Ads Management & Embedding Media Tutorial page).  Alternatively, you can also just copy/paste your Flash embed code directly in the`the text editor box on the Add Page or Edit Page on the Admin Panel.
