On the Admin Panel Pages > Add /Edit Page sections, you can set any page to be Password Protected and Restricted Access for only Members and/or Member Groups you choose - just select the members and/or member groups you want to have access to that page from the Groups menu and the Members menu there (dynamically populated by the latest members/groups). If you choose the "All" option on either list, any visitor will have access. If you choose the "None Set" option on both lists, any visitor will have access.
